House prices in Panmure continue to rise rapidly


According to the Crocker's Auckland Property Report published today, the median residential house price in the Panmure area has shot up by 24% between 2011 and 2012, from $421,500 to $524,000.


This unprecedented growth is no doubt fuelled by the Auckland housing shortage, as well the predicted growth in Panmure over the next few years, with the AMETI transport project, and the Tamaki Transformation Initiative, both well underway.
